An operation focused on illicit activities on highways, waterways and in the marine area in the states of São Paulo and Paraná carried out this Tuesday the seizure of just over half a ton of marijuana. The material was located by troops from the Brazilian Navy and Agents of the Special Nucleus of Maritime Police of the PF in a forest region near Ilha Grande, near Guaíra (PR).
Operation Ágata Arco Sul-Southeast began on May 24 and made more than 2,300 seizures and inspected more than 6,000 vehicles, as well as 175 vessels.
